Ditto!!!!

I've had the service for a week and love it. I did call tech support and the guy answered on the second ring. Overall I'm done with Bellsouth who was sucking me dry for the same features as vonage. Now I'm debating about using my exisiting wiring in my home for the adapter since I'm only using one telephone and would like to use more.

depending on how my apt is wired i may be able to send the phone line to the outlets i have in my apt:)

Vonage Rocks

Good to hear you like the service. I've had Vonage for over a year now and it's been great. While I've heard stories of bad customer service, I've never experienced it myself. My emails are always responded to in a timely manner and the one phone call was answered the same way.

Vonage even went out of their way once to keep my service on by giving me a months credit when I couldn't get my new card on file before the bill due date.
