Truth about Charter

I just wanted to correct this user. You CAN use a Mac, set up a server for games, hook up to an xbox, a hub, or a router. When you call for technical support they make ask you to connect the modem directly to the computer for troubleshooting purposes, this just makes solving any problems much easier for the tech. The technical support dept. is not responsible for anything other than the connection to the computer.
