There BAD everywhere

Charter here in WV isn't any better probably worse the cable picture is always fuzzy and going down. They like to cram stuff on your bill. I have had to remove maintenance plan 5 times never added it once. Them as ISP is a real joke you never get the speeds your promised and if you do it wont be for long so in my opinion you get what you pay for and with the company that is crap in crap out.
