rwin & mtu settings?

Hey Joe here ... what are your rwin settings mine at 103200 and what is your black hole detection at mine at mtu - 1472? I can set up dr tcp with the settings to get those speeds. right now i'm only getting at best 5200 down / 352 up ... help using winxp pro.
