| How Could You?!
How could you give 5 stars across the board to SBC DSL when you had a heck of a time getting the service installed?
My SBC DSL was great at first, but slowly it went downhill until it the speed tests came back that I was slower than a 56K modem.
Hopefully, you won't have the same problems I am having with SBC. | |

| Ok, until I found my way here SBC Yahoo! tech support was the only means of contact I had for problems. I do have to say that the phone tech support team is very inadiquate (sp?). After coming here for a speed test, I found my way through the forums and managed to get help that resolved not only my issue, but other people's issues as well.
I have had my DSL service since April of 2001, and I can say that I have had service 90% of the time, but I do experience a lot of downtime late at night and my connection is not always as good as it should be. | |
