| NCT Here is the list.
My suggestion is to call around to a few and talk to them. Look for a local ISP. They usually have more incentive to treat their customers right. See if they require a 1 year contract. If they do not, they are more likely to treat you right because you can walk at any time. They might cost a bit more, but hopefully if they can make you happy, you will be happy to pay your bill and both sides win.
Just a suggestion on the Front Page thing. I was talking to a local web host/design firm the other day, and they said that a lot of companies are moving away from "platform dependent" web sites (this usually means sites that require IIS or Frontpage extensions). The reason they are doing this is because MS makes it harder and harder to work unless you are 100% Microsoft. The other reason is that customers want the flexibility to be able to move their site to any hosting company, not just tied into MS only shops. If you can look for a way to develop your site so that you do not require MS, it might save you a bunch of headaches in the future.
Cheers. | |

BTW, I can't access your list. | |

| Try OneEighty Networks I suggest trying OneEighty Networks in Spokane. They are a local Broadband ISP, offering business and residential services. They operate an excellent network, and provide top-notch customer service. They also provide web hosting, along with a number of other services, and could support your Frontpage Extensions. OneEighty is very professional and strive for customer satisfaction. I think you'll find them to be a nice change. | |

| Re: Try OneEighty Networks Thanks for the tip. I checked out 180's website, but I don't understand it. Their DSL link gives me something about "broadband extend" with 1 megabit service, but nothing about prices . . . . Do they provide residential internet service, and if so, how? | |

| I know they have just launched their new website and are still working on some pricing content. They do offer residential. I believe their price ranges from $49.95 up to $149.95 for DSL depending on bandwidth. Try giving them a call for more info but I do highly reccomend this company. | |
