| I Enjoy Verizon I has been quite awhile since I got a DSL connection to the internet. I made my first dsl order of verizon through aol and for that time I thought I had verizon online dsl. I was having billing issues with my verizon telephone service and I realized that that internet charges from aol broadband and aol powered by verizon service was the reason why my telephone bill ran up to $400. I was furious and didnt know what to do. When I heard about the verizon freedom package which provided unlimited long distance calling and the Verizon online dsl service all for $79.00 a month, I decided to order verizon online dsl. The Verizon long distance service which is $49.00 and the Verizon online dsl service which is $29.00. when the package and the install kit arrived, I hooked it up myself and already I was up and running. I'm also thinking about cancelling the aol service so that I can reduce the charges on my telephone bill. when my first month free trial of verizon dsl ends, then I would cancel the aol service. I enjoy most of the service that verizon dsl offers like MSN premium. The tech support was amazingly cool. When I ran into a slight problem connecting to the internet after i installed verizon, I called tech support and they were able to resolve the problem by using their computer to access my computer by doing this, they can exactly see my desktop computer and itentify the problem they told me that there was a networking problem with my computer. in a matter of seconds, my network connection issue was resolved and I was able to connect to the internet in no time. I was amazed. from then on I am enjoying the Verizon dsl service. I recommend that everyone chose Verizon online dsl as their internet service provider. trust me, you would never want to leave. | |

| Re: I Enjoy Verizon I picked up DSL about 8 months ago. I use it for online gaming and it works great. I also have high speed cable that is faster but to much packet loss. DSL 1500-290 Cable 3000-190. The DSL is so much better for online gaming then the cable. And I hear now (I HOPE SOON IN MY LOCATION) there will be a Verizon FIOS that gives you speeds of 15 meg down and 2 meg up for only 45 bucks a month. Comon Verizon get them lines run in my area "I WANT IT NOW" | |
