| Of course They call themselves the Optimum Online technical support department, though I'm not really sure how technical they really are. They do have a good skill for bouncing callers around when they don't know the answer to your problem though.

| OOL OOL rules! Unless you like to use your upload, have decent news service, reliable email servers. Did i miss anything? (i dont mention the price increase because thats part of doing business with all providers) yes they were once the best but now just another ISP. its like giving a kid all the best toys but then telling him to not play with them and the ones that require batteries that only last 10 minutes. you can tell they are faltering by noticing how many ool reviews are in the mixed category instead of smooth ride. | Babies... How can you complain about 9999/1mbps. Here's some advice DON'T RUN A WAREZ FTP and you won't get capped...the only people that get capped are those that run ftps 24/7 which is probably a violation of the TOS in itself, i'm sure the ones that get shut off are running illegal ftps so shut the f*ck up god. 9999/1mbps is not slow by any standard, i would be happy with 9999/128kbps for that cheap. | |

| Exactly WTF are you babies cryin about I use OOL and have no complaints I dont upload all day , night and week so I dont worry about being capped. and people complain about the price increase when Road Runner Highspeed online cost about $49.99-54.95 a month for speeds of 1.5Mbps and 256k uploads. And with OOL were gettin 4000-9999Mbps DL's and 650-1000Kbps Uploads what's the complaint???. I'am very happy with the service and once they go national they will make every other ISP have Fix up there S%&t to compare , Especailly since power companies are tryin to enter the BroadBand arena. | |
