| Alternative for lots of people
This could be a GREAT alternative for users who are already paying 50/mo for cable. With a download speed that was (until recently) the same as cable (except for rr) and a higher upload speed than most cable companies (once again with rr being the exception), this service allows you to take that broadband on the road with you too! This actually is a pretty good price for the unlimited plan if you have a nextel phone already and hate your local broadband service.

@rr.com | Check the nextel broadband web site to see that their service is tier'd and to get 1.5 mb service, the cost is not competitive with cable. the cable competitive price point only provides for 750kb down/215 up. |

1 edit | Who gives a rats behind? I'd pay $50/mo for 750d/215u.. being able to use it on the road makes up the difference. Sprints 144kbps service would be tossed in a heartbeat. |
