clubs:		 Looks like you are in the saame situation I am. I am in Richmond also. Doing battle with Verizon and Cavalier right now over my loop distance. Even have tyhe SCC involved.

Richmond, VA		 Cavtel here too. I cant even get over 28.8 since I switched to cavalier pots. Was getting steady 56 on Verizon up to the exact hour of the switch.
