If you have a communications system that is licensed by the FCC contact them immediately as interfering with licensed services is definitely a illegal - for any purposes. Even if you do it by accident - such as having a out-of-tune transmitter - they will come down on you like a ton of bricks.

TOO BAD!!! Post a notice that cell phones are not allowed.
In the case of the strip joint, there is a wider range of things they can do. They can post a notice at the entrance and just have bouncers eject the people caught & take legal action
Of course there are always exceptions, such as calling for help if someone is ill or emergencies like that but that's what cell phones are good for - emergencies, not creating a nuisance . |
