Um, how could that possibly be correct? I know for a fact that they have more than 2 techs...
I'm just saying that when we had to have a tech come to our house, it took them a week to schedule.. the excuse was "we only have 2 Michigan techs"

localhost		 I've had techs out to my house more than twice, and I've always had different guys. So the person that told you that was either joking, or just stupid.
