No, they're not finished laying off yet. About 700 just got canned this week.

The worst Part is that "DSL" line sharing rules are only on ADSL lines. I was told by an ISP Britsys.net @ »www.britsys.com/ you can get SDSL on a line and then you can drop the voice and the SDSL stay hooked up. The only problem is it cost more, 512K/512K is $72. |
