 (OT) Care to help me out with a school project?

The project is meant for us to find out what sociability is and what I believe it is.

The project is an exercise for a later much more in depth project. But for now the professor simply wants to see if we can make a questioner and then use that info (stats) to create an analyses using a fancy Social Statistical program called SPSS.
The info gathered here will be taken by me and filled into paper questioners.
Your name and info will not be there and is not the important part of this project
(The reason for this is because this is a Descriptive Survey Research and only the stats are important)
What is also important is just to have the stats from at least 10 people. This way there can be some comparisons that could be made and analyzed.

When I started looking for the definition of what it is meant to be sociable I seen many references to online. And since we all share some time here, I thought I would make a rather unorthodox questioner online as opposed to just giving out these questions to family members and strangers.
So if you have a moment and do not mind doing this, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks everyone for helping me with my questioner.
One of the things he (the professor) also wanted is for us to tell our weaknesses with the study and questioners.

Already I found 2 mistakes I made.
The first one is that he wanted a narrower range. So instead of 10 choices he wanted only 5. But this isn't a problem since I can choose whichever it is closer to and use that.

The other problem I see with my questioner, is in the way I worded some questions.
For example the 8th question is worded a little tricky and mistakes could have been made with it.
But this is also good since it's part of my learning process and hopefully I will be better at making questioners and the other aspects necessary for my final project.

This was the solution to my first problem. And this is what I will be also handing in to him once I copy all your answer onto that paper.
As you can see, there is just choices and no names since only the info is what is valuable here.
There was also the problem I ran into with doing this when people chose a number like 3 or 7 since it could have been easily 3.5 or 7.5 and shifted slight to another category.
But I guess I'll just have to deal with that and chalk it up to learning.
