Yes, it is very reasonable. But on the other hand, is kinda not fair for those of us who had the service since day one, and were told the modem was free of charge, now becomes another added charge that should not have been added. |

I agree with that point, but I was simply addressing the buy vs. lease issue. It was free when I signed up too. |

Don't worry JD, I just got my bill and there is a rental fee on there. The bill just keeps going up and up, for no real reason. They haven't given us customers anything good in a long time. |

I do too. Its reasonable since most modems are going to cost $60(since WOW does not qualify for many rebates for new customers like the ones for Comcast and TW) plus with that purchased modem, you will receive very little support nor will you get any new firmware upgrades. |
