Perhaps an award on slowest to equal, meet, or exceed what other broadband providers are offering. Charter would get #1 for my vote. Go Charter!!
Seriously though I haven't had much problems with Charter. I just get a little frustrated with all of these announcements on other companies giving more speed to customers, lowering prices,,,,. It just seems like Charter is stuck in a rut right now. |
