Load a syslog server on your PC (eg Kiwi Syslog) and configure the Debug Server to your PC's IP address, the Debug level to 3.
These settings work great for my Sipura on Nikotel:
Proxy and Registration Proxy: calamar0.nikotel.com Outbound Proxy: calamar0.nikotel.com Use Outbound Proxy: Yes Use OB Proxy In Dialog: Yes Register: Yes Make Call Without Reg: No Register Expires: 3600 Ans Call Without Reg: No Use DNS SRV: No Proxy Fallback Intvl: 3600
Subscriber Information Display Name: CallerID display name User ID: Nikotel Username Password: Nikotel Password Use Auth ID: No Auth ID: [BLANK] |

| Yup, that's exactly the setup that I have, but still it fails to register. I really don't know what to do. I'm using a mac so the windows software won't work for me, forgot to mention that. I thought that the sipura might have a diagnostic page that would tell you what was going on, the softphones have that.
Cheers,
