So does this mean, I could create a virus or worm, and attach a EULA that states it will take over your computer, open a port to allow hackers in, and email itself to every email address it can find, and drop itself into your Kazaa shared folder, and because the victims "agreed" to the terms, the AV companies won't recognize it as a virus? Sheesh... a worm is a worm, no matter how much sugar you pile on top of it... |
