It is the general provisioning file that has the firmware for the Terayon modems and your modem recognizes that it does not need that and that is why it fails. It is being worked on and is nothing to worry about. Actually, it has no Impact on Fully Docsis Compliant modems. If the Firmware isn't for the modem, the modem is SUPPOSED to discard the firmware, and continue on. To state that it is being worked on is misleading. In 99% of all situations, it has no impact other than these Failure reports in the Modem's log. In the 1% of the situations where it HAS had an impact on modem's, well THAT is being addressed. -- Join the NAVY, see the world....It's mostly water!

I have seen people driven into a frenzy because their log says this and that. Of course it supposed to happen and there is nothing wrong with their connection but that does not stop it!
