windhamguy @12.15.x.x	Windham Maine Buildout I recently received a letter from Adelphia stating that PL would be available around Feb. 10, (next Tuesday) and that we could pickup cable modems at the local office on or after that day. I went online and was able to sign up online and bought a modem with rebate. I just received the modem and I am not getting sync. Because the letter stated that it would be ready next Tuesday should I just wait and see if it starts working then? I called the customer service number and they showed me setup in billing but they weren't sure why it wasn't working. Any advice on how adelphia usually does rollouts would be appreciated! I assumed that they would light things up a few days in advance to make sure things are working OK.
