| what the heck just happened to my speed?
can anybody offer any suggestions why all of a sudden around 10 pm and still going my speed has been pathetic? normally i get around 1300, but all night the max i have got was 500, with an average of about 80... what the heck is the deal? i'm getting extremely irritated |

No problems that I am aware of. I work Fox Valley (Excluding Neenah/Menasha) as a night super tech, but watch tickets for entire Northeastern part of the SBC area in Wisconsin and did not see any troubles in Neenah/Menasha area overnight. We did have 8inches of snow in 10 hours (slowing down now) and I know there have been some power outages in the area along with crazy drivers knocking down things all over the place all night and early morning. What I am trying to say, it might be a cable problem outside causing slow down. I would say wait few hours to let guys get on the field, if speeds are not good by noon, get a hold of one of the official techs here to check things out.
****Just called Neenah CO - there are no known outages or anything out of ordinary as far as CO goes, just an FYI.

also try »chi.speakeasy.net/ for speedtest. I am testing fine via it as of right now via my CO DSLAM conection and my RT connection.
