Neutrox,
1.Tune to a digital channel which displays the problem your seeing the most.
2.Push the "Power" key on the box, then within 2 seconds push the "Select" key.
3. A diagnostic menu should pop up.
4. There should be a menu marked "Inband status". Arrow down to that and push select.
5. It should show SNR for that channel, it should also give you a number in dB and display "GOOD".
