| AT&T Should be next
When I was in an AT&T covered area, I was charged roaming from the time when i took the phone out of the box. They sent me a nokia 6800 and it was set to take the strongest signal. Well when I'm right next to a cigular tower, even though the att signal is perfect, the phone automatically switches to cingular. When this happens AT&T can then charge me for every minute i use. If I ordered AT&T service and I can pick it up, there should be no reason it should change without warning to charge roaming. I argued with some girl on the phone who obviously was on her rag, because she was very stupid, and she offered only to take half the charges off. I then said, HEY B#TCH, If you can take half the charges off then you are admitting that ATT ripped me off and you can take all the charges off. She kept refusing so I called back. Then a guy answered and he took off all the charges. AT&T is heading in the direction of a class action lawsuit because I bet there are many people who got charged roaming and should not have. |
