yes they are, 22$ for dial up with all of those ads when u first logon, and most people stay with aol for aim.. i can get unlimited dial up for 4.99 a month from a local place..

| Yeah, they are almost more stubborn with prices that Cable companies. They have this assumption that they provide "content" that's so stellar, it's worth the cost. Many people believe that, and power to them....I guess.
They are finally launching their "Netscape" discount dial-up ISP though..... |
