Navarre, FL | I looked at your modem in the CMTS and found you are on an upstream which currently is @ 15dB SNR. This is a system problem and I will get a headend tech on this tomorrow morning. Sorry for the inconvienence. |

| Thanks Mr Admin! It's really appreciated. I recently talked to my neighbor who's incidently a tech and he said something like Mediacom implemented some upgrade from their center and that it's causing a whole lot of noise in the system, which causes the large packet loss and pings...he also said that around 13% to 30% packet loss is "acceptable for broadband internet" which I just can't believe... |
