MD users routed through Philly?

Click for full size
Hi,

Anyone else in the Baltimore/AA County area of Maryland notice some crazy routing going on the past day or so? Normally my routing from the CO to the GSP gateway goes from Baltimore to Reston, VA to the Qwest DC backbone. Now its going from Baltimore, up to Philly, then back down to DC Qwest. It's adding several msec of ping latency (not to mention packet loss).

Chris,

So this will be fixed when the OC12 comes back up?

Yep. i would recommend unplugging your modem for a few min every few hours. this will grab a new config / ip. and SHOULD get from your local dslam
