| Re: Screw cable quote: CNET and MSNBC touched on the tactic in September, and now Detroit Free Press columnist Mike Wendland tries his best to get answers from Comcast. According to Wendland, Comcast tells him that "less than one one-hundredth of 1 percent" have been kicked offline for too much downloading. But how many were simply warned? How do these users know how far to cut back their usage if the limits aren't defined? Is it unreasonable to desire a solid answer to what these mystery limits are?
It is unreasonable if the defined answer is far less than the flexable vague one. |
