Some specifications on the computer you're capturing with may be beneficial, too. And, is this the capture device you're using?

I got a report of no lost frames when I made the video.
It is the "blockiness", that needs to go.
My boss wants it to look like it does playing from the vcr, so size of the file doesn't matter. (as long as I can get them from here to there with relative ease).
