Do you have all of the requirements?
Did you add »betavideo.my.msn.com/video/ to the allow list in Pop-Up Guard?
Are you using a HOSTS file?
I had no problems playing any of the video available.

| I uninstalled the pop-up stopper from panicware, disabled the Norton antivirus and firewall 2003 with no help. I tried the help file with MSN video beta player, my system exceeds the requirements and active scripting enable. Could you explain a HOSTS file to me?
