Does it make any difference rather or not one is using a Motorola,RCA,SA,modem? Are there any advantages as far as speed, connectivity or S/N ratio? Thanks in advance. |

| Unless you're gonna get over 5000kb down (depends on your ISP), it pretty much doesn't matter. My suggestion would be to go with a modem your ISP supports so if firmware updates are needed, they can push them to you. Does your ISP have a preference? Motorola, Toshiba & Terayon modems and very good. -- Have you tweaked your OOL connection? |
