TW still has a ways to go ..

Time Warner still has a long way to go to catch up
to DSL in terms of speed but their recent upgrades
are at least a step in the right direction.

My SBC DSL is rated at 6 Mbps down and 608 Kbps up
with actual speeds running at 5.5 Mbps down and
541K upstream.
