Well, as of this morning, I have a solid power light and a blinking "send" light on my SB5100, all others dark. I'm near the intersection of Barrington and Santa Monica.
When this last happened about a month ago it was almost assuredly a result of a local signal problem, perhaps even as local as my apt. building. I could tell because my TV signal was bad on the high channels. This time, however, the picture is fine. Last time it took about 2 days before we were back online.
I don't know if this is related to your problems in the same zipcode or not. |

| The local tech will show up tomorrow... and according to the support rep on the phone, the signal might have problems and it seems that there's no outages in the area (yeah right). Anyways, I'm not sure what's going on but I do know that THEY DON'T KNOW. Hopefully I will have a good connection tomorrow... if not, I will go back to DSL. It is slower... but stable and that's all I need.
Hope your connection gets fixed soon... call support and check how many days you have to wait... so far, I've waited for a week before...
