| No speed increase
The email I received said speed upgrades to 3mb/256 would be complete by Oct. 15. I have not seen any upgrades done so far.
Is this normal? Should I wait little longer?

Read the email again. It says NETWORK upgrades, which will make new speeds of 3000/256 and 4000/512 POSSIBLE, are to be completed by October 15th.
The network upgrades in mentioned in the email are done. The speed upgrades for everyone will be completed before the end of the year.

Call Tech Support, they have been able to hook people up just fine so far. I am running at 4000/512 on the Premier Package after having it added Tuesday Night (they upgraded us in Northern California on Monday Night), and it's rockin'!
