MacLeech, Hob has indicated that calling and requesting reprovisioning now may cause problems later. Any comments? It doesn't seem that the calls generated by readers of this board would cause that great of an additional burden on the call center.

When speed caps migrate for everybody in general, new config files will be used. They won't be the same files everybody has now, maybe not even if they just got the 4000/512 Premiere tier.
This is pure educated speculation on my part. The new provisioning system does some interesting new things which which weren't really possible before and I still getting a handle on it all. -- Adelphia - Is it working now? |
