Western Region migrated, Nor Cal now@2000/256

Well, it happened tonight, right on schedule! My modem went down about 11:30, and just came back up a couple of minutes ago (it was out almost exactly an hour) , and I have a brand spanking new DHCP address, adcdhcp1.losaca.adelphia.net. I think they sent me the wrong modem file though, my upload is rocking now at 244, however, my downloads are at 2100, my 3000 is gone, but I'm sure this is just part of the whole upgrade growing pains. Download speeds are a little flakey too, upgrade pains I guess, I'm sure I'll be back to 3000 by the end of the year, and I've got my 256 up now, which is a good thing. Thanks again to the little birdie (you know who you are) for the heads up, and to all the techs, thanks again you guys! Oh, here's a speed test I just took:

2003-10-14 03:39:53 EST: 2144 / 244
Your download speed : 2144102 bps, or 2144 kbps.
A 261.7 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 244768 bps, or 244 kbps.
Seems like broadband .. above the 1mbit barrier!

I got these from my Modem's most recent logs, looks like it had trouble finding the right ini file or something:

031014042448 7-Information D509.0 Retrieved TFTP Config western-plink-moto-sb4200.cm SUCCESS
031014042448 4-Error D503.0 TFTP, Invalid type, CONTINUE
031014042448 4-Error D503.0 TFTP, Invalid type, CONTINUE
031014042448 4-Error D503.0 TFTP, Invalid type, CONTINUE
031014042448 4-Error D503.0 TFTP, Invalid type, CONTINUE

I've never seen that type of error in my logs before.

One more question, are they going to put us all at 2000/256 first, then bump us all up to 3000/256 at some later date?

Your download speed : 2658419 bps, or 2658 kbps.
A 324.5 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 120754 bps, or 120 kbps.
Seems like broadband .. above the 1mbit barrier!

charrog, not sure why the URL I gave in the post above yours did not show up as a link. I was attempting to point people to MacLeech's post about the speeds in the stickied thread, where he said:

Q. The migration is already done for my area and I went from 3000/128 to 2000/256, what happened?

A. The 2000/256 is only temporary. Everybody not purchasing the Premiere teir will be migrated to the standard Power Link 3000/256 tier after all the migrations are finished and the associated migration problems are fixed.
