Been having very slow speeds for at least three days and nights. Could use some advice as what to do.

Modem Status (Motorola 3100) Downstream Value Frequency 639000000 Hz Locked Signal to Noise Ratio 34 dB QAM 64 Network Access Control Object ON Power Level -11 dBmV
Upstream Value Channel ID 5 Frequency 30992000 Hz Ranged Ranging Service ID 2905 Symbol Rate 2.560 Msym/s Power Level 49 dBmV
Have checked all connections to and from all hardware. Have pinged gateway 7ms, pinged modem 4ms. Have run all checks for spyware,trojans and virus-once daily,at least!
