Go into the BIOS at boot. There should be a setting to turn it on or off there.

Stony Brook, NY		 Ctrl,Alt,Delete>Task Manager. If you have two CPU windows for CPU usage, then hyperthreading is enabled.

Thanks all. Got it. I have a MSI mobo i went into bios and changed to high performance and it did it.
