There's a real easy fix to get our stats from SetiTEAM. Just change the default path to setiathome.berkeley.edu/fcgi-bin/fcgi in the internet settings. 
Hopefully, this will work for Ron in founder mode as well.

Seriously, I got a lookup failed once and then hit update a second time and it worked.

What version of TEAM are you running? Also, Did you copy and paste the path I posted into SetiTEAM or did you type it in? A copy and paste might add a space on the end and cause a problem with the lookup.
