'bout time someone started thinking about customers -- i'm currently in a hate-hate relationship with my wireless broadband isp - they sold me a public ip address with unlimited unmetered bandwidth...
next thing i know - i'm on the phone a week trying to find out what's wrong with my hardware - i did everything, reinstalled os, repositioned wireless antennae - etc...
low and behold - a week later and a 100 phone calls later (really, you can check my phone bill) -- the loyal isp admits they were lying to me when they tried to sell me new hardware - the problem was that they didn't like me using the system so to speak...
anyway, hopefully this fibre in ohio will prompt somebody over in illinois to do the same! - i'm sick and tired of isps over selling their bandwidth and then blaming YOU the CUSTOMER for using too much of what you bought (when what you bought was technically unmetered/unlimited)...grrrr
