The latest version of Zone Alarm, 3.7.211, fixes this problem. I just upgraded to it and EZTrust no longer crashes when I use the right mouse click context menu.

As was mentioned above.

New and improved features in ZoneAlarm version 3.7.211:

Addresses a compatibility issue for users running eTrust EZ Antivirus
Added functionality to defeat Device Driver Attack
Routine maintenance items
