Not Keller/Southlake. My 1.5-6mbs Expert Plus pkg. is still all over the map on speed tests, after 3 weeks of service. Early-on I saw ~4mbs , but now it ranges from near 2mbs to 3mbs+ Uploads are ~500kbs though.
I think SBC's "adaptive rate" really means "Available Bit Rate" (ABR) which is an older ATM QoS term (maybe both terms apply). I have a hard time accepting an ABR that varies hourly more than 100%. I think I'm gonna put in a trouble ticket before my 1st 30 days are up. |
