Not me either. 1190/247 and holding steady (currently on 1.5/256 package). But I thought I remember them saying something about October...so I'm not thinking much about it, really.

I haven't seen anything either. Im still at 1.3/137. I think the standard plus package will be the second to last to get upgraded. I hope it doesn't matter that Im on an RT. Im being as patient as I can.

not here in the colony yet. I'm still at 1158/108.I doubt I'll see much of an increase though.

Not Keller/Southlake. My 1.5-6mbs Expert Plus pkg. is still all over the map on speed tests, after 3 weeks of service. Early-on I saw ~4mbs , but now it ranges from near 2mbs to 3mbs+ Uploads are ~500kbs though.

I think SBC's "adaptive rate" really means "Available Bit Rate" (ABR) which is an older ATM QoS term (maybe both terms apply). I have a hard time accepting an ABR that varies hourly more than 100%. I think I'm gonna put in a trouble ticket before my 1st 30 days are up.
