| probably because we are winners of the been there done that got the t-shirt club. here charter is 59.95 for 1.5, you are required to rent their modem (9.95 a month), you are required to subscribe to basic cable (14.95 whether you want it or not) and pay a 3.50 franchise fee to the city. Moral of the story, $88.35 plus tax for the same product bell south sells for 49.95. |
