Now now, mrchris, that would make too much sense. Offering better service would surely keep customers away from an ISP; customers don't want high speeds or low bills, they want the minimal amount of speed for as much as Charter can suck from them, got to love the Charter way..

Lower the price (to $49), increase the upload to 256 or 384 and download to 2mb should do. |
