I can't believe that I missed this...you are exactly right IGGY  , we have lost an ally. Once, I was not getting any help at the local level trying to resolve a problem, so I e-mailed her and received a timely/informative response. I would also like to publicly thank her for personally taking time to respond to the end users questions/problems...she will be missed.

|  Well there goes the Insight customers biggest ally - right out the door. I would bet money her replacement won't be as accessible to the average customer as she has been. Without the help of her assistant - I'd probably still be being told that the 384 upload package doesn't exist in Springfield. We all know of many users who have benefited from here involvement. I for one would like to again publicly thank her for going above and beyond for those of us who needed that level of service to get things done that should have been able to be fully handle at the local level.
