| Look, we (internet users, taxpayers, whatever) have the right to privacy and not receive junk correspondence in our mail boxes - e, snail or voice. That's all. But too many of us are forced to spend too much time (particularly at work) filtering out the crap. That's a drain of our resources that sometimes costs us. That's why many of us get bent out of shape about it.
