Same... Who'd a thought that Gannon would suck so bad this last weekend against the Bungles. I should have played Brady. But if I had Quincy, both Gannon and Brady would have to have broken passing arms before I would start him. Maybe that is why I suck at FF. |

Damn Parity.
Carr has a LOT of potential. I said that last year after he beat The Boys in the season opener. As much as I hate the Oilers, I mean Texans, I hope that Carr gets the help he needs that'll make that franchise successful. That'll at least give me something to fall back on when The Boys suck. -- Computer Cops | American Border Patrol |

| reply to Flippant Wow the pulled out a HUGE win today. I thought it was over when they couldn't get the TD from the 8, but they came back and got that winning FG later.
Good job, looks like someone else (Bungels?) will be this years whipping boys. Best not take the Texans too lightly. |

| reply to Flippant Now it is after the Dallas game. Are the 'boys that good or was it just a terrible night for the Texans? I mean Quincy is starting to think about a February trip to Hawaii...
Funny with the score 3 - 0, the guys on TV last night said, "Well they (the Texans) aren't to worried about not scoring on that drive. This game will be about field position because they just aren't afraid that Quincy Carter can move the ball on them." Five minutes later the score was 3 - 14. Ouch. |

As for Texans quarterback David Carr, who set an NFL record last season by being sacked 76 times, his new-look offensive line protected him well for the quarter-plus he played.
Maybe there is hope for their offensive line this season. |

I think Capers and the team would consider that a successful year, considering their long-range plan. |
