|  What are your favorite apps and utilities?
The threads in here are getting a bit old and want company, so what are your favorites these days?
I like PTHPasteboard, which lets me have multiple clipboards in a drop-down menu.
And I like to find new stuff Chez Mark

Since I have been working on moving three servers from OS9 on Appleshare Servers to XServes with OS X I am a big fan of the two apps mentioned below:
Batchmod
From the website:
"Its simple and elegant
It allows one to change any specific privilege or ownership without affecting the other (ie, changing the group without affecting the owner, or adding or removing a specific privilege without affecting all the others).
It can recursively affect enclosed folders.
It can Force Empty the Trash, even when it contains locked files!
It's extremely free! "
The other utility is DropNuke
You can delete any file that was locked under OS9. This has been a bit of a problem especially for those moving from OS9 Servers to OSX Servers.

SSH - the secure shell, and so-much-more. Comes on every Mac OS X box. Learn it, love it, live it. I'm convinced - SSH can do pretty much anything.
screen - shell multiplexor. Lets you disconnect from your shell session, and then pick it back up later. Also comes on every Mac OS X box. Embrace your inner and outer shells.
OSXvnc - Access your Mac desktop from any computer on the 'net.

Netmonitor. Oldsters from ATM know about this one. Live monitoring of your 'net connection from the menu bar
PTH Clock. Excellent replacement for the menu bar clock.
Filemaker Pro. Can't keep track of my patients without this baby. Still using 5.5 v2, won't upgrade until version 7 comes out.
FMSync for OS X. I have to have a way to get those FM Pro files onto my Palm Tungsten!
Thoth. Shareware newsreader for OS X. Worth the money. Buy it. Now.
The iApps, especially iTunes. This, along with my new iPod, has totally changed the way I listen to music. I am late to the digital music party, but I'm here.
Edit: Prefling. How could I forget? Dock-based addition allows you to choose which System Preference you want to change and open that instead of opening the Sys. Prefs program to do this. Very convenient.

The latest one I can't live without is NoteTaker.
A bit pricy, but worth it if you have a lot of seemingly random bits of information that you want to keep organized.

StickyBrain (free from .Mac for subscribers, even!) has turned out to be a great app. I've suddenly got all sorts of random little notes and links and such all wrangled in and located in one easily-searchable place!
