 NETWORK ALERT!! -->Indiana customers...

Equipment affected:
ISP: Redback2.ipltin.ameritech.net

problem found
Some customers are unable to authenticate at this time.
*Again this might be affecting you it might not*

Estimated time of repair
At this time the problem is being investigated and being
worked at this time. No ETR established at this time..

Beach Boy notes
This is an ISP outage and not an ASI outage.. Your modems most likely will retain sync but cannot connect. End users may be getting Time out or error on windowsXP systems. When this element is repaired it is suggested you do the following.

-> Cycle power to your modem
-> Cycle power to your computer/router(if equipped)

We apologize for the inconvienience..

Thanks
