I pay $55 plus a month for a service that is just awful! Call and talk to a level 1 tech for the 100th time about my slow speeds he say's yes you have a problem. I ask him what should my speed be 3000/128 LOL he sends me to a level 2 tech. I ask him what my speed should be he won't answer gives me the run around, I tell him what the level 1 tech told me he says oh he's new and does not know! So I ask this tech 2 if he knows of Dslreports? So I ask why should I pay X amount for this when someone out in say So.Cal gets 3000/128 and pays the same or less ?
Do you know what this guy tells me we would have to shut your city down for a year to upgrade to achieve speeds like that! So my next question is why did I receive a letter talking about increase of speed for more money when you can't do the job now so you lift my cap a little and charge more! Makes perfect sense! |
